I just took Jason Crandell’s Live this morning (10/27/20) the Wake Up and Go Vinyasa practice. If you are looking for a great overall 30m practice this is it. It is listed as a level 2 but there are modifications offered if you need and if you want to take it up a notch you can too. Also if your a teacher and know about Jason’s Sequencing workshops most of the elements of what he teaches about the physical practice is in this class. But there is so much more. Took the workshop in Sept and it has made my organizing my content so much easier. Highly recommend. The workshop is offered through his website. Big thanks to Jason.
