Classes for hiaitus hernia sufferers

Hi there I have recently found out that I have a hiaitus hernia. I was wondering whether anyone has recommendations for positions or classes? Thanks!

Hi @Ben! While we are unable to be prescriptive in recommending a class for a specific medical need we do have a number of classes that you may find beneficial. For a hiaitus hernia you want to make sure to practice yoga on an empty stomach and avoid inversions.
