Classes for seniors?

I’m looking for classes I could suggest to my mom who is in her 80s and whose normal exercises (careful swimming, level walking) aren’t possible right now. She has done some yoga and pilates many years ago, but now needs something at a gentler pace, respecting more limited joint mobility, with no inversions or a lot of changes between standing / sitting / floor work. Any suggestions?
