Feeling A Bit Anxious

Sometimes there are days where I am feeling pretty anxious, and I’m not exactly sure how to help it subside. I wasn’t in the mood to be super active, but I wasn’t in the mood to sit completely still. Breathe of Fire
This is my go to anytime I’m feeling anxious. Rod Stryker has a 10min Shining skull meditation that explains how to do it. Stick with it. It really works. :heart:

Thank you so much! I appreciate you sharing. Sometimes it’s better to be guided as to how to let go of anxiety then stumble through it on your own. Although, sometimes that makes you even stronger!

I will try this out! This is new territory for me but I am definitely intrigued and wanting to know more. Rod is a genius.
