When feelings of being cooped up inside all day begin to take over, and when you don’t want to head outside for a workout, its time for some at-home cardio! Just because your local gym or studio might be closed doesn’t mean you can’t keep up your progress! I’m a big proponent of mixing cardio and HIIT into my yoga practice at home!
