Hi @Lauren_anon! Anula is big on listening to your body and doing what is right for you personally, so definitely check in with yourself to see how you’re feeling.
If you’re getting back to your mat for the first time in a while, rest days in between are a good idea so you don’t overexert your muscles and cause an injury. But if you are feeling ready, you can do them back to back too! A good default is one day on, one day off if that feels right.
