Morning class recommendations

Hey everyone. As I’m shifting I’m finding that I want only a short and sweet asana practice in the morning, and then a fuller self-practice in the afternoon.

My body is preferring gentler slower movement, but still strong classes in the AM and I want to spend about 30 minutes.

What have been your faves?

This is mellow and 45 minutes but I felt wonderful after and it was exactly the tone I can handle in the morning before coffee! I love Taylor so much. He’s always a joy. He has a lot more 30 minute and less options too so check him out!

I quite enjoy this class in the morning though I usually skip the handstand bit and go into child’s instead (or any other asana depending on how I feel).
