Pilates with Diastatsis Recti

Pilates has been a great transition from the core restorative program I did after pregnancy with twins. I am still very careful with my core since I have diastatis recti (broken abs!), and a lot of the rolling up moves in Pilates lead to bulging in my core. Do you have suggestions for how to modify these exercises or how build up to them without compromising the core and/or pilates instructors that also have a background in postpartum conditions?
