I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and have found that I cannot do poses that put a great deal of pressure on my wrists. I can’t do plank, arm balances, hand stands, etc. without a pinch in my wrist. I suspect this pain comes from doing poses ‘incorrectly’ for years and not building up enough strength and therefore, adding years of stress to my wrists.
I’m curious to know if anyone has had this issue before and found success in a program to address it. Ideally, I would like to be able to do what I used to be able to do (arm balances and plank, for example).
